Prior to the 1950s, local Swedish police districts often had their own regional cap badge variations. In 1954, a unified national design was established.

When the Swedish Police was fully nationalized in 1965, this Sporrong screw-back design was the standard issue across all police districts in Sweden.

Near mint condition.

Maker marked Sporrong.

Approx 65x55 mm.
