Model/Product no.: 34354
Stock status: In stock

We are not 100% sure what Swedish organisation used this since the same type/design was used for several Swedish NS organisations.

The small batch of these prototype badge that we managed to aquire come from one of the previous leaders of SNF, so it could from this organisations, on the other hand we don't know if this person was associated with other organisations as well.

This is most like a prototype badge, we have spoken to several advanced collectors who never saw this type before.

Text says "För Sverige - Till Seger", "For Sweden, for Victory".

The last picture show a Swedish NS monument from the 30's with the same design(Picture borrowed from Svir, thanks!).

Maker marked "Sporrong Stockholm". Sporrong has been the No1 Swedish supplier for military badges etc since 1666!!!

Non magnetic brass badge. Diameter roughly 20 mm.

Hard to make a good photo, the condition is mint.

This is the last one in stock! We will probably never find any more.

HISTORY:

The Swedish National Union "Sveriges Nationella Förbund" (SNF) was a right-wing radical political organization in Sweden founded in 1915. The organization, which was originally formed as a youth union of the Right Party, eventually developed in an increasingly pro-Nazi direction and periodically collaborated with National Socialist groups. SNF also published the Protestant daily Dagsposten, which after 1950 was continued by a political weekly called Fria Ord.  SNF was - through resignation from the Conservative Party - represented by three members of the Riksdag's second chamber 1934–1936, which was the only time an openly pro-Nazi faction had representation in the Swedish Parliament
