We are not sure of the exact purpose but we think it's a patriotic badge or similar.
In terms of age we estimate that it was produced around 1900-1925.
Made of gold washed brass. With enamel in gold, blue and a light yellow tone.
From top to bottom roughly 55 mm.
Excellent quality and condition.
