DDR, Grenztruppen Grenzflieger Oberleutnant parade uniform
Parade uniform for an officer serving as a helicopter pilot within the Grenztruppen der DDR, the East German border troops. The shoulder boards indicate the rank of Oberleutnant.
On the jackets left side is a 3-piece medal bar with a medal for 5 years of loyal service (Grenztruppen version), Für Vorbildlichen grenzdienst and a Verdienstmedaille in bronze (Grenztruppen version). On the right side is a parade lanyard in silver, qualification clasp for Pilot 2nd class and a Leistungsabzeichen der Grenztruppen.
Complete set with jacket, trousers, shirt, tie and visor cap.
Good condition with normal traces of wear!
