Russo-Ukrainian War: Republic of Stakhanov (Luhansk) flag
Cheaply made polyester flag of smaller size with eyelets for mounting on a flagpole or wall. Not an official flag, rather a patriotic supporter version.
Picked up in the area around Lyman, Ukraine, and marked with date of capture: 14.11.(20)22, as well as the Ukrainian Tryzub and the text "Glory to Ukraine!".
Used condition with a couple of stains.

The Republic of Stakhanov was a self-proclaimed separatist entity in eastern Ukraine, announced in 2014 during the conflict in the Donbas region. It was centered around the city of Stakhanov (now Kadiivka) and was never widely recognized internationally. The entity emerged amid pro-Russian unrest and the broader establishment of the Luhansk People’s Republic. It had no stable governance or legal status and is generally regarded as part of the separatist movements in the region rather than an independent state.
