Finnish Winter war medal with Swords 'KOIVISTO'.
One of the hardest clasps to find.
Excellent condition. Magnetic, blackened metal.
Front shows a Finnish solider, dressed in winter camouflage, firing his rifle, on the left and right side are emblems for Finlands different regions, at the bottom 1939/1940 and at the top a crown with two arms holding sword. Reverse says "Kunnia Isänmaa" (For the fatherland).
Complete with a campaign bar "KOIVISTO" and swords(awarded to a front soldier).
Awarded to coastal defense troops and naval forces operating on the Koivisto (Beryozovye Islands) sector.
