German WW2 Army (Heer) medical ‘Sanitäter’ Waffenrock for Oberfeldwebel
Beautiful and well preserved, also rarely encountered, blue piped army Sanitäter Waffenrock.
Complete with all of its original insignia.
The shoulder boards have the NCO rank for Oberfeldwebel and the regimental number 17 .
One set of award loops.
Ribbons for the iron cross second class and the eastern front medal.
There seem to be to small holes were the soldier put a ribbon bar, see photo with fingers.
The tunic is in excellent condition, show some light wear but overall very nice!
The liner, made out of green silk shows little wear and remains in excellent condition.
Tailor label present from Eder, Nürnberg. Name tag present but a bit hard to read, dated 1939.
These blue piped Waffenrocks can be considered as one of the rarer colors to find.
