German Bakelite Zünderbüchse 2L Fuze Container (1941)
Cylindrical bakelite container used for the safe storage and transportation of sensitive bomb or artillery fuzes.
We have been told that the L in 2L stands for Luftwaffe.
This recognizable piece of German military equipment is dated 1941 and features distinct factory and material markings molded directly into the bakelite, see pictures.
We got a couple of these, all are unused with the original protective paper cardboard still intact.
Even the original factory thread grease remain.
You rarely find them like this.
