K98 Combat Bayonet.
Both bayonet and scabbard have matching maker "42 cof" which indicate that it was manufacted by Waffenfabrik Carl Eickhorn, Solingen 1942.
The numbers are not matching but still quite close to each other 5994 and 7478.
Bayonet is in good condition. It has been used but not abused. No sharpening or other damages.
Waffenamt stamps on the upper part of the handle.
Scabbard is in matching condition with nice stamps. No dents or rust. Nice blueing.
Overall a nice bayonet that would be perfect in a display.
