West German RG34/K98 Rifle cleaning kit (same as WW2)
These West German Rifle Cleaning Kits: Reinigungsgerät 34 (Rg34), marked "Rg. f. Gew." was put in production again around 1957, and used by the Bundeswehr, Bereitschaftspolizei Berlin, Bundesgrenzschutz.
These are from the outside and inside more or less identical with the WW2 version. The main difference is that the oilier is made of bakelite or plastic instead of metal.
This particular case is dated 62 for 1962 and maker marked P&E.
It remain in good used condition.
These early ones are getting harder to find.
Either if you collect early West German stuff or want a cheaper version of the WW2 for a display this is a good option.
