US WW2 Air Force Pilot wings badge
US Air Force Pilot wing badges, awarded to Pilot's for flying duties, generally come in a standard "full size" of approximately 3 inches wide for wear on service coats, flight suits, and uniforms. Smaller, "miniature" or "intermediate" versions, such as 2 inches wide or 1.5" x 3.25" for OCPs, are also utilized for different uniform, shirt, or cap placements.
This is the smaller version for caps or shirts. 2" inch version.
