Iron Cross first class clasp(Spange zum Eisernen Kreuz).
Produced by the firm BH Mayer. These are normally not marked except for the LDO version.
This is regular the tombak/buntmetal version without veins.
Clasp is in good used condition, the pin is not standard and was probably changed by a jeweller during the war.
A bit hard to make a good photo, it's more shiny in hand, especially the swas and the numbers.
