A hard to find document variant.
Issued to Gefreiter Herbert Oschinski serving in Panzer Jäger Abteilung 161. This unit was part of the 61st Infantry Division.
In December 1941 when he was injured he most likely saw action in the Baltic area. This unit saw a lot of combat and there is a lot of material to read.
Document is issued in the Landeslazarett in Görden. It's signed by the chief doctor.
