Issued on March 20, 1940, in Kassel, this document honors the military service of Unteroffizier Erwin Jakob under the command of Wehrkreis IX.

Stamp signed by a General and hand sign lower right by a Oberstleutnant who was als the commander of this particular regiment.

The lower right signature could be "Meyer".

The ink stamp say Inf Rgt(Infantry regiment) and then three digits, probably starts with 33....
