Finnish WW2 Cross of Liberty 4th class with swords
This is an official Miniature Finnish Winter War Commemorative Medal (1939–1940) (Talvisodan muistomitali - pienoismitali). Miniature medals were worn on evening dress uniforms, formal tuxedos, or civilian mess dress by Finnish veterans.

The Order of the Cross of Liberty was instituded on 4 March 1918, upon the initiative of General 'C.G. Mannerheim'.
The Finnish artist 'Akseli Gallen-Kallela' was commissioned to design the Order's insignia with the swastika.
The Cross of Liberty has a red ribbon when it is granted in wartime and a yellow ribbon when it is awarded in peacetime.
This is the 4th class of the order with swords (military version), complete with its original red confectioned ribbon.
