Luftwaffe Leutnants's Flight/Paratrooper shoulder boards
Both are in excellent condition, but one of the tounges are missing.
If you have it in a display you won't see it, if you want to use it would be very easy to take a piece of fabric and sew on and then it would be easy to apply.
