MARINE-HJ/DJ rank sleeve badge
On September 30TH 1938 Reichsjugendführer Baldur von Schirach introduced new revised sleeve rank insignia for both the Marine-HJ and the DJ. The insignia for both groups was identical but represented different ranks within each group.
An upper right sleeve rank insignia for a of Marine-HJ Oberkameradschaftsführer, and/or DJ-Oberjungenschaftsführer, comprised of a 60mm diameter, very dark navy blue/black wool disk, upon which is machine embroidered, in silver-grey threads, a "V" chevron and a one rank pip.
Near mint unissued condition.
