German WW2 Army Officer's's early breast eagle
Machine woven breast eagle with out-stretched wings, in silver threads on a woven, grey rayon base, all sewn to a dark green wool construction. Used on both dress uniforms and field blouses.
Note: the officers version have silver metal threads while the enlisted used white threads, otherwise they look the same.
Eagle is very nice, the wool cloth backing is a bit eaten by moths.
Perfect for restoration or in a display.
