German Army Heavy Infantry Regiment 313 Slip On Shoulder Strap Slides

Slip on shoulder strap slides for wear by EM/NCO’s were introduced on January 24th 1940 for economic and security reasons. The slides were cheaper and easier to produce then full shoulder straps and could be exchange easily if an individual was transferred or removed in the field to conceal unit designations.

This unit was part of the 246 and later the 337 Infanterie-Division. The 337 division was destroyed on the eastern fron 1944.

Excellent condition with light signs of wear and age.

Perfect addition to a combat EM/NCO uniform.
