German WW2 Luftwaffe EM's Flight / Fallschirmjäger HBT Shoulder Straps
A very fine, matching pair of late-war Luftwaffe enlisted rank (Flieger / Soldat) shoulder straps constructed in blue-grey herringbone twill (HBT) cotton and wool undersides.
Piped in bright golden-yellow (goldgelb) rayon/artificial silk, designated for Flieger- (Flight/Pilot) or Fallschirmjäger-Truppen (Paratroopers).
Blue-grey HBT fabric uppers with integrated slip-on attachment tongues.
Frequently used on late-war field uniforms, including the 3/4-length camouflage smocks issued to Luftwaffe Field Divisions (Luftwaffen-Felddivisionen). Also seen on the HBT uniform.
Standard length of 10.3 cm each.
Excellent++ condition. Clean fabric with almost no wear and no moth damage, sharp buttonhole stitching.
Summer/late-war HBT (Drillich) Luftwaffe straps are significantly rarer than standard blue/grey wool ones.
We have seen similar cost over 300 euro for the pair.
