German WW2 Knight's cross case of issue with ribbon

A highly desirable original presentation case (Etui) and neck ribbon for the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross (Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes).
We believe an early cross like Juncker would be a perfect match but other makers will fit as well.
Black leatherette exterior with a mushrom push-button release and brass rear hinge.
Features a clean white silk lid lining and a deep black velvet recessed inlay custom-molded for the cross.
Original ribbed rayon/silk neck ribbon in excellent unfaded condition.
Near mint condition.
The case opens and snaps shut smoothly,the interior velvet retains a strong impression of the cross it once held.
