This is the Reichsjugendsportabzeichen (RJA) (National Youth Sports Badge), specifically the 2nd Pattern with a swastika, which was awarded from 1934 onwards during the Third Reich era.
Marked 'Wernstein Jena'.
Excellent ++ condition. Hard to make a good scan, look even better in hand.

The RJA was originally established back in 1925 during the Weimar Republic to promote athletic achievement among youth under 18.
