This is a very early example of the predecessor campaigns from the NSDAP against the major unemployment and the Reichsarbeitsdienst which was constituted in 1935.
Gold washed brass or similar metal. Non magnetic.
Near perfect, hard to make a good scan, look so much better in hand.
